Our Model
We charge a small, flat fee (currently ₹30) — not commissions. Buyers preview three listings free, and pay ₹30 to unlock unlimited property access, chat, and contact numbers. Sellers pay ₹30 per listing to keep the marketplace serious, verified, and low-noise.
Why We Started
Brokers charge 1–2% of the deal value — often lakhs of rupees. Big listing websites bury genuine owners under paid ads and demand recurring subscriptions. Small-town landowners get ignored. Bhumi Bazzar exists to fix that: owner-first, transparent, and affordable.
Where We Operate
We are headquartered in India and operate across multiple states, with a focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities where a fair digital marketplace was overdue.
