- Listing Data: Property title, description, location, area, price, contact number, and uploaded images.
- Transaction Data: Payment order IDs and gateway metadata (we do not store card numbers or bank credentials).
- Usage Data: Pages visited, properties viewed, chat messages, device information, and timestamps.
- Communications: Any correspondence you send us via email, chat, or SMS.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify identity via OTP and enable secure login.
- To publish listings and display them to prospective buyers/tenants.
- To process ₹30 fees via secure payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU).
- To share seller contact details with paid buyers who have completed the unlock fee.
- To improve platform reliability, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To send transactional notifications (OTP, receipts, listing status).
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Verified payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU) for processing fees.
- SMS providers (Twilio) for OTP delivery.
- Cloud storage for image hosting.
- Law enforcement or courts, when legally compelled.
- Other Platform users — seller contact details are revealed to buyers only after paid unlock. Chat messages are visible to the participants.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active, and thereafter for a reasonable period required to comply with tax, legal, and audit obligations under Indian law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures — JWT authentication, HTTPS encryption, database access controls, and secret masking — to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
- Access & Correction: You may edit your listings and profile at any time.
- Deletion: You may request account deletion by writing to us. Certain transactional records may be retained for legal reasons.
- Opt-out: You may opt out of non-essential communications.
7. Cookies
We use minimal browser storage (localStorage) to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children
Our Service is intended for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective from” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
